You can perform the following actions with content stored on the Shelf site.

  • View stock content information
  • Download/Send
  • Create PDF (Contact Sheet)
  • Set Relations
  • Tag Function

Viewing Stock Content Information

Both content you have purchased and all content purchased by you or any other custom user belonging to your organization can be viewed and shared through the Shelf site linked to the Custom Service. The item URL within the meta information is linked to the item’s page on amanaimages.com, where more detailed information can also be found.

In addition, how items may be used can be confirmed via the flags on the menu page.

  • Downloadable: Content can be downloaded or sent.
  • Not Downloadable: Content cannot be downloaded. Reasons may include the usage period having expired, download restricted to only the person who purchased it, or the number of user downloads having been exceeded.
  • X/10 users remaining: Content has a limit placed on the number of users who can download. The number will count down for each user who downloads the item, until 0 at which point it can no longer be downloaded.
